Vaig comprar un sobre saltejat de verdures&amp;nbsp;(Findus) , el vaig coure tot, quant faltava poc perque s'aixugues l'aigua que deixaven les mateixes verdures l'hi vaig tirar mig brik de crema de llet. Però un grandíssim cuiner, en majúscules. GRANDÍSSIM CUINER.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;I de propina, blogger gastronòmic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquest dissabte em penso cuinar per a mi i la meva familia una recepta d'en Santi, com a particular homenatge. I després la penjaré al bloc, es clar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ja en vem fer una aquest nadal , dins de l'homenatge a cuiners als que admirem.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;US ANIMO A TOTS A HOMENATJAR A SANTI SANTAMARIA CUINANT UNA DE LES SEVES RECEPTES AQUEST DISSABTE.&lt;br /&gt;Tan li fa si teniu bloc o no, si sou molt bons cuiners o no feu ni un ou ferrat, no importa... us animo igual a que entre tots li fem aquest petit gest de record i agraiment. I m’agrada moltíssim anar a IKEA, sempre que puc em miro els catàlegs tant de la temporada actual, com els de les anteriors, una vegada i una altre... no me’n canso mai!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Un cop l’any la meva parella en Quim, fa el gran sacrifici d’acompanyar-me fins a IKEA Badalona, per nosaltres (que la veritat sigui dita: som molt de poble) baixar a Barcelona és un gran què: peatges, rondes, meridiana, B23... ufff ens agafa una canguelis, aix! El/la blogaire que sigui seva si us plau em podria dir-ho perquè ho faré saber. Moltes gràcies per &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 llimona &lt;br /&gt;200g de sucre &lt;br /&gt;3 ous &lt;br /&gt;7gr d'oli &lt;br /&gt;175gr de farina &lt;br /&gt;Un sobre de llevadura&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Talleu la llimona, amb pell, a trossets ben petits i la poseu en un bol. Hi afegiu els ous i el sucre i amb la batedora elèctrica ho tritureu bé. Hi afegiu l'oli i seguiu batent. em van arribar a casa una mostra de tres mostres de farina de diferentes classes. Una d'elles era per fer pa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jo com a bona nena que sóc i poc temps que tinc... jeje! vaig donar aquestes mostres a ma mare, perquè quant tinguès temps les probes. Seguidament busquem un motlle que sigui rectangular, l'untem amb mantequilla, hi començem posant una capa de pernil dolç, una altre just al costat (pensant que després haurem de cobrir el pastis amb aquests talls), hi començem a posar dues llesques de pa de motlle, les pintem amb la barreja de llet-ou, hi posem els "tranxetes", després unes tires de salmó. Tornem a possar-hi el pa de motlle i així repetir l'operació fins arribar quasi a dalt de tot, un cop pintat el pa de motlle, agafar el pernil dolç que ens penja i tapar el pastis.&lt;br /&gt;Tapar el motlle amb paper d'alumini i cap al forn durant 20 min. a 150º-160º. Normalment la fèia amb melindros, però aquesta última vegada no en vaig trobar i el vaig fer amb "sobaos" de la marca &lt;em&gt;Eroski.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_3PQNzLnqNis/TUa2tOsBJmI/AAAAAAAAAkk/5jVr1VvfvYw/s1600/Tiramis%25C3%25BA.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 320px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 240px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5568338877443286626" border="0" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_3PQNzLnqNis/TUa2tOsBJmI/AAAAAAAAAkk/5jVr1VvfvYw/s320/Tiramis%25C3%25BA.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 &lt;strong&gt;ous &lt;/strong&gt;(separar clara i rovell)&lt;br /&gt;1 terrina de &lt;strong&gt;mascarpone&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 cullerades soperes de &lt;strong&gt;sucre&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 tassa de &lt;strong&gt;café&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 tasseta de &lt;strong&gt;moscatell&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cullerot de&lt;strong&gt; cacau en pols&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 paquet &lt;strong&gt;melindros&lt;/strong&gt; o &lt;strong&gt;"sobaos"&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separem la clara del rovell, dels 4 ous. Agafem un bol, hi possem la crema de mascarpone, el 4 rovells, les 4 cullerades de sucre i ho barrejem molt bé, fins a quedar-nos com una crema. Seguidament agafarem una plata o un plat fondo per tirar-hi el café amb el moscatell, ho deixarem preparat. Anem per fer la clares a punt de neu (normalment batia les clares amb la mà, però l'última vegada vaig agafar les barilles del turmix i molt millor..) un cop fetes, s'ha de anar barrejant amb la crema que em fet, però de mica en mica i anar girant amb l'ajuda d'una espàtula, en el sentit contrari de les agulles del rellotge.&lt;br /&gt;Un cop tot barrejat, xupar els melindros o "sobaos" amb el café/moscatell, i possar-los a la plata que voldrem servir, com una base, una vegada coberta la base, cobrir-ho tot amb la crema, i tornar a repetir l'operació, xupar els melindros... quant ho tinguem cobert, agafar un xic de cacau en pols hi tirar-l'hi per sobre. Al cap d'un moment les hi posem, no deixar-les gaire estona, les girem per fer l'altre cara, una estona més i ja estaràn. Ha sigut el passat dia 25 d'abril i s'han casat la Raquel i en Marc, una jove parelleta de l'Escala! &lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 ous&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;125 cc. oli girasol&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;150 cc llet&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sobre de llevat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;225 gr. farina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;pell d'una llimona&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;180 gr. sucre&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Encendre el forn amb l'escalfor de baix a 220º&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Posem al foc l'oli amb la pell de llimona, i que es vagi escalfant, un cop calent, tancar el foc i deixar-ho refredar, de moment no hi treïem encara la pell de la llimona, així hi va agafant gust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Separar les clares del rovell dels ous. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mirar s'hi l'oli és fred, i treure-hi la pell de la llimona, hi abocar l'oli dins un vol amb el sucre, i barrejar-ho tot fins a fer una massa. Seguidament tirar-hi la llet, la farina i el llevat. Agafem la batedora i a remenar fins que quedi una espècie de crema espessa.&lt;br /&gt;S'unta un motlle amb mantequilla perquè no s'enganxi res, i al forn uns 35 - 40 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONSELL: &lt;/strong&gt;Jo desprès vaig tallar-la per la meitat hi vaig afegir-hi melmelada de prèssec. Es deixa refredar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tot seguit, s'agafen el 200 ml. de nata i es munten a punt de neu. Un cop fet, s'hi ha d'anar afegint de mica en mica el torro d'avans, de baix cap endalt i així ens quedarà una crema esponjosa. S'agafa una paella amb força oli i es fregeixen. Un cop fregides, s'escorren i es deixen refredar. Un cop mig fredes es posen dins una ensaladera. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Moment per encendre el forn, per així més tard, ja estigui calent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ara s'agafen els dos pots de xampinyons, s'escorren i es tallen a tires fines (o al gust de quí ho prepari), es tira dins l'ensaladera amb les patates i es barreja tot. S'hi tira pebre i una mica de julivert ben picat. Agafem una plata grossa per anar al forn, hi ho avoquem tot.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agafem un pot hi posem un bon grapat de formatge ratllat i mig gotet de llet, i que es vagi desfent tot. Un cop desfet, ha de quedar una salsa espessa (també s'hi pot tirar-hi beixamel) ho tirem al damunt de les patates i els xampinyons. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Per acabar, hi tirem un grapat de formatge ratllat per sobre i al forn!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOTA:&lt;/strong&gt; el meu forn, és molt vell i només hi tinc una velocitat i tampoc té gratinador. S'agafa l'enciam, (jo encara que estigui o sembli net, l'hi paso un xic d'aigua, per si de cas) es trinxa un xic, no gaire, i ja s'emplata. Mentrestant, es tallen les salsitxes de frankfurt, es tiren dins una paella amb una ratlla d'oli i es començen a fregir, un cop fetes es deixen a un costat de la mateixa paella i es fregeix el bacó, que també haurem tallat a tires. Un cop tot mig fregit, s'hi posen els espinacs, s'apuja una mica el foc i es cou tot junt i anar remenant de tant, en tant. Avans de tancar el foc s'hi afegeix el formatge ratllat. Me'n vaig sortir força bé i és &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;mmmm&lt;/span&gt;.... &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;bonissima&lt;/span&gt; !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;esberginies&lt;/span&gt; grans&lt;br /&gt;800 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt;. de carn picada&lt;br /&gt;4 cebes petites&lt;br /&gt;paté (1 o 2 cullerades soperes)&lt;br /&gt;formatge ratllat&lt;br /&gt;salsa beixamel (l'he fet de sobre)&lt;br /&gt;salsa de tomata (una tassa)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;Netegem&lt;/span&gt; i tallem, les &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;esberginies&lt;/span&gt;, a tires primes. Les &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;comencem&lt;/span&gt; a fregir, però sense que agafin un to daurat, ja que desprès no &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;podríem&lt;/span&gt; doblegar-les bé.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mentrestant, tallem les &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;cebetes&lt;/span&gt; i les passem per la picadora. Un cop picada i en una paella amb un xic d'oli i tirem la ceba ben picada, i la carn picada. A partir de quant es &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_11"&gt;comenci&lt;/span&gt; a sentir-se &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_12"&gt;oloreta&lt;/span&gt;, i posem les dues cullerades de paté (un toc personal, sembla que hagi de donar més suavitat a la carn) i tirem la salsa de tomata, no molta, la suficient perquè la carn quedi ben &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;empapada&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;És el moment de preparar la plata per anar al forn. Agafem una tira &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;d'esberginia&lt;/span&gt;, i a poc a poc, s'hi posa una mica de carn s'enrotlla i ja es prepara, i així amb totes fins a cobrir la plata. Un cop feta, s'hi tira la salsa de tomata (que ens ha sobrat) i cobrim tots els "canelons" . També s'hi tira, la salsa &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;beixamel&lt;/span&gt;, que ja tindrem preparada. I un cop fet, s'hi tira la farina. Es torna a barrejar tot, durant una estona. Mentrestant es prepara una paella, s'hi posa una culleredeta d'oli i quant està calent. S'agafa amb un cullerot, una mica de la barreja i es tira a la paella. I és un lloc ideal, per quant vull sortir amb bici i no vull anar gaire lluny de casa.. però quant ja portes un temps anant-hi et comença a quedar petit i sempre aspires a anar més lluny...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I també, desde el mes d'octubre M'HE EMANCIPAT. Ei! rectifico, he anat a viure amb el xicot. I aixó es vulgui, o no, vol dir que un dels dos, és el que li tocarà possar-se el devantal i cuinar. I en aquest cas, m'ha tocat a mi. La veritat es que m'encanta menjar, i menjo molt, moltissim.
